We’re looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to join our expanding Business Process Improvement (BPI) Team, playing a key role in driving change across our systems and processes.

About The Role This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, with a focus on finance processes and projects (FP&A, Budgeting, AP, AR, Year End, electronic banking and invoicing) solving problems, and driving meaningful change.

You’ll manage a pipeline of initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs and delivering outcomes that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Deliver business and system improvement projects and initiatives with a specific focus on Finance processes.

Analyse business needs, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements Map as is and to be processes and recommend practical solutions Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams Specify technical requirements and work with the technical teams to deliver solutions Oversee system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business needs Prepare and deliver user training Support the communication, roll out, and adoption of initiatives Your skills and experience: At least 5 years' experience working as a business analyst with a strong focus on Finance operations.

Experience delivering projects or change initiatives of varying scale end-to-end Familiar working with business systems (e. g.

ERP, CRM, reporting tools)Proven experience analysing and improving business systems and processes Skilled in requirements engineering and process mapping Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills, including the ability to interrogate data Adept at translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams Ability to present complex information clearly tonon technicalaudiences Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems BCS qualification or equivalent Why Join Buro Happold?Hybrid working arrangements.
