As Global Process Lead for Record to Report, you will define and embed a global R2R operating model across five regions, shaping standardised finance processes within the Finance Shared Services structure. You will assess current-state processes, design governance, and drive continuous improvement and automation to enable scalable growth. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and Digital teams on ERP and system developments, acting as SME for R2R. This role blends process expertise with change leadership in a multinational context.

Responsibilities
- Assess and document current-state R2R processes across regions
- Identify variation, inefficiencies, risks and control gaps
- Create standardised global process documentation and operating standards
- Drive process harmonisation and remove non-value-added activities
- Support transition of R2R activities into a Finance Shared Services model
- Define governance, controls, KPIs and service levels
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to improve adoption and consistency
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI, workflow tools and process optimisation
- Partner with Finance, IT and Digital teams on ERP and finance system developments
- Act as SME for R2R processes across the organisation
Key requirements
- Significant experience in Record to Report, Finance Operations, Financial Control, Shared Services or Global Business Services
- Strong understanding of month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, fixed assets and financial controls
- Experience designing, documenting and improving finance processes
- Track record of delivering process standardisation and transformation initiatives
- Experience in multinational or complex global organisations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams and regions
- Collaborative and pragmatic problem solving approach
