Overview
As Reward & Global Mobility Manager you will design, deliver and evolve global reward and mobility programmes to attract, retain and develop talent across our international business.
You will partner with HR, Finance and business leaders to ensure fair, competitive, data-driven reward practices aligned with our objectives.
The role sits in the Global HR team and supports governance, job architecture, mobility policy and analytics.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a leading global consultancy.

Responsibilities
- Lead global reward programmes and strategy alignment with business objectives
- Deliver annual reward cycles (salary reviews, bonuses, promotions) with governance
- Maintain and evolve job architecture, evaluation and grading
- Oversee global mobility governance and policy, including international assignments
- Develop dashboards and reward analytics, and support pay equity governance
- Provide senior stakeholder guidance on rewards and market benchmarking
- Manage external partnerships and participate in salary surveys
