Buro Happold is seeking an experienced HR Consultant - Associate Director to join the UK+ HR Leadership Team in Bath on a hybrid basis.
You will partner with senior leaders across ~1,500 people to deliver strategic people solutions, lead organisational development and use data/AI to inform decisions.
