What You’ll Be Part Of
Across all grades, you will work within our UK Infrastructure team delivering projects that range from major city‐scale masterplanning to campus and development‐scale infrastructure. You’ll be joining a diverse, inclusive and technically brilliant group of engineers.
Career Pathways Within the Infrastructure Team
- Infrastructure Engineer
- Deliver civil and infrastructure design packages, including earthworks, highways, drainage and utilities systems from Masterplanning through to construction information.
- Prepare clear, well‐structured technical documentation for clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the team professionally in meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Chartered Engineer, Experienced Deliverer & Mentor)
- Lead and review civil and infrastructure designs, ensuring coordinated, high‐quality technical outputs.
- Manage multidisciplinary project delivery, resources, and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, building capabilities across the team.
- Associate Infrastructure Engineer (Technical & Project Leader)
- Lead and review infrastructure design.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management and clear communication with clients and collaborators.
- Plan resources, monitor financial performance, and ensure technical quality.
- Engage directly with clients and support work‐winning activity, bids and proposals.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil infrastructure design (highways, drainage, potable water and utility coordination).
- Strong drive to deliver sustainable, climate‐resilient infrastructure that benefits society and nature.
- Proficiency in Civils 3D, InfoDrainage, EPANET or WaterCAD or equivalent.
- Effective communicator with strong organisational and problem‐solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage workload across multiple projects.
