We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant to join our established London team and support the delivery of impactful, low‑carbon projects across the UK and globally. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career sustainability professional to develop their technical expertise, work on high‑profile projects, and grow within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the delivery of sustainability strategies across a range of projects, working closely with senior colleagues and wider design teams.
- Supporting the delivery of sustainability workstreams across multiple projects.
- Providing sustainability input to multidisciplinary design teams throughout project stages.
- Assisting in the production of high‑quality sustainability reports, analysis and technical outputs.
- Supporting certification processes such as BREEAM, WELL and LEED.
- Undertaking embodied and whole‑life carbon assessments using tools such as OneClick LCA.
- Contributing to circular economy strategies for new build and retrofit projects.
- Assisting with sustainability statements for planning submissions.
- Supporting the delivery of RIBA stage reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers and wider stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
- Applying strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all outputs.
What We Are Looking For
- A motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sustainability in the built environment.
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience in sustainability consultancy or a related role.
- A degree in a relevant subject such as Engineering, Architecture or Environmental Science.
- A good understanding of sustainability principles and certification frameworks (e.g., BREEAM, WELL, LEED).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to produce well‑structured, high‑quality reports and documentation.
- An interest in technical analysis and developing sustainability strategies.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to learn within a multidisciplinary team.
