We're looking for a Corporate Tax & Reporting Accountant to join our Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who is keen to develop their expertise across corporate tax, international compliance, transfer pricing and group tax reporting within a complex international business.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, overseas finance teams and external advisors, gaining broad exposure to strategic tax initiatives while supporting the Group's compliance and reporting obligations.
About The Role

As Corporate Tax & Reporting Accountant, you'll support UK and international tax compliance, reporting and strategic initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders, overseas teams and external advisors while developing your expertise across a wide range of tax matters.
What you’ll be doing
As a Corporate Tax & Reporting Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Group's tax compliance and reporting activities, including:
- Preparing UK corporation tax computations and returns.
- Calculating corporation tax liabilities, instalment payments and supporting cash tax forecasting.
- Coordinating overseas corporation tax compliance and monitoring filing deadlines.
- Working with external tax advisors and international finance teams to ensure tax obligations are met.
- Preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions for Group financial reporting.
- Maintaining tax balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
- Supporting effective tax rate forecasting and analysis.
- Assisting with Research & Development tax relief claims.
- Coordinating transfer pricing documentation requirements.
- Supporting responses to tax authority enquiries and information requests.
- Contributing to tax governance, process improvements and the implementation of evolving tax reporting requirements, including Pillar Two obligations.
What We Are Looking For
We're interested in hearing from candidates who bring
- Experience in corporate tax, gained either in practice or an in-house environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK corporation tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Experience preparing corporation tax computations and returns.
- Understanding of tax accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing requirements, or an interest in developing expertise in this area.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex financial information.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA (part-qualified or qualified) or an equivalent professional qualification.
