About the Role
This is a hands‑on position where you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive meaningful change. You will manage a pipeline of initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs and delivering outcomes that support both operational efficiency and long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver business and system improvement projects and initiatives
- Analyse business needs, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements
- Map as‑is and to‑be processes and recommend practical solutions
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Specify technical requirements and work with the technical teams to deliver solutions
- Oversee system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Prepare and deliver user training
- Support the communication, roll‑out, and adoption of initiatives
