We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Project Deliverables Coordinator to join our UK team and play a pivotal role in the production, coordination and delivery of client‑ready project documentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our multidisciplinary business, collaborating with engineers, project leaders and business support teams to ensure complex technical reports and deliverables are produced efficiently, accurately and on time.

About The Role

As Project Deliverables Coordinator, you’ll become the central point of coordination for project documentation across multiple teams and locations.

You’ll manage deadlines, oversee quality assurance processes, maintain document control standards and ensure all deliverables align with both client requirements and Buro Happold’s brand standards.

This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, quality management and bringing complex information together into polished, professional outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production and delivery of technical reports and project documentation across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with Project Directors, Project Design Managers and technical teams to establish deliverable requirements, timelines and production plans.
  • Manage and maintain report production schedules and trackers to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Apply and manage Microsoft Word, Power Point and Adobe In Design templates, ensuring compliance with client and brand standards.
  • Lead proofreading, formatting and quality assurance activities to deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs.
  • Prepare and issue client‑ready documents through appropriate systems, portals and document control processes.
  • Maintain Share Point sites, ensuring accurate version control, document naming conventions and accessibility.
  • Facilitate project kick‑off meetings focused on deliverables, timelines and resource planning.
  • Identify risks to delivery schedules early and proactively coordinate solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement of templates, processes and ways of working across the business.
  • Provide occasional support to wider Engineering Support activities when required.

About You

You’ll be a proactive coordinator who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where organisation and attention to detail are critical.

  • Experience in a coordination, document production, desktop publishing, layout design or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Share Point and Teams.
  • Experience working with Adobe In Design and managing complex document layouts.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively.
  • A meticulous approach to proofreading, formatting and quality assurance.
  • Confidence in working independently while collaborating across diverse teams.
  • A solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to identify issues and drive them through to resolution.
  • Experience working across multiple teams or locations, maintaining quality standards, or supporting large‑scale document production environments would be particularly advantageous.
