Responsibilities:

  • Creating Revit models of design projects.
  • Managing data through to drawing/detail production from engineer sketches.
  • Taking responsibility for model and drawing issues and daily housekeeping for deliverables.
  • Ensuring delivery of production work to agreed project programmes.
  • Developing concept ideas into buildable drawing details.
  • Ensuring model and drawing production follows company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and software.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience operating as a Technician.
  • Work experience in a similar role or sector.
  • Keen interest and desire to learn about building design, architecture, and structural engineering.
  • GCSE and A-Levels in Maths and Science.
  • Interest in computer technical drawing skills considered an advantage.
