Join Buro Happold as a Manager in the Digital Advisory team, leading strategy-led digital, data, and organisational transformation projects that enhance operational performance and improve financial, environmental, and social outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and review workstreams across digital and data strategy and transformation for iconic global projects.
- Own day‑to‑day client relationships and manage team performance and wellbeing.
- Deliver client briefs and outcomes agreed in proposals, supporting business development for digital and data strategy and transformation projects.
- Review, improve, and coach the delivery methodology, tools, templates, and training.
- Act as first line of defence, reviewing and assuring project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Digital strategy, transformation, or system integration experience within smart places and the built environment.
- Proven leading management consulting engagements, with strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and recommendation structuring capability.
- Passion for technology in the urban environment across sectors such as real estate, energy, utilities, sport, venues, mobility, and smart cities.
- Commercial awareness, supporting business cases and client outcomes.
- Experience on direct‑to‑client and public sector bids.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relevant digital or business qualification (CA, ACA, MBA) is beneficial.
