Shape the future of how we work. Join Buro Happold as a Business Analyst. This person can be based in our Bath, London, Leeds or Manchester office on a hybrid working model. We're looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst (ERP) to join our expanding Business Process Improvement (BPI) Team, playing a key role in driving change across our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver business and system improvement projects and initiatives.
- Analyse business needs, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements.
- Map as‐is and to‐be processes and recommend practical solutions.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Specify technical requirements and work with the technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Oversee system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare and deliver user training.
- Support the communication, roll‐out, and adoption of initiatives.
Your skills and experience
- At least 5 years' experience working as a business analyst.
- Experience delivering projects or change initiatives of varying scale end‐to‐end.
- Familiar working with business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, reporting tools).
- Proven experience analysing and improving business systems and processes.
- Skilled in requirements engineering and process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, including the ability to interrogate data.
- Adept at translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to non‐technical audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence.
- Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- BCS qualification or equivalent.
