Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Group Coordinator to join our Business Services team in Bath on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support multidisciplinary engineering teams, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while providing essential operational and administrative support across the business.

As a Group Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our engineering teams and enabling smooth day‑to‑day operations. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the business, coordinate key activities, and help maintain the high standards that underpin our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary reports, ensuring deadlines, templates and brand standards are met.
  • Formatting, reviewing and preparing technical documents, correspondence and presentations.
  • Supporting business development activities, including bid submissions, CV updates and project sheets.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions where required.
  • Organising team events, away days, CPD sessions and internal communications.
  • Managing travel arrangements through approved booking platforms and external travel providers.
  • Supporting onboarding activities for new starters in partnership with Welcome Coordinators.
  • Coordinating Career Path Objective meetings and other people‑related processes.
  • Maintaining team SharePoint pages and supporting document management systems.
  • Liaising with IT and other central business services teams to support operational requirements.
  • Assisting Group Leaders with expense submissions and other administrative tasks.
  • Supporting quality management processes and ensuring adherence to company systems and procedures.
  • Providing training and guidance to engineers on company systems, templates and processes.
What We Are Looking For

We're seeking an organised, resilient and detail‑focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting others to succeed. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or team support role.
  • Experience supporting both individuals and larger teams across multiple projects.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and confidence working with colleagues at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining administrative processes and systems.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desirable experience:
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign (training can be provided).
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary or professional services teams.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and document control processes.
