About the Role
This critical leadership role is responsible for bringing together our global infrastructure and IT operations capabilities into one high‑performing function. You will lead the delivery, resilience, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑wide IT services that support our people, projects, and clients worldwide. Working closely with senior technology and business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping a secure, scalable, and future‑ready IT environment while enabling wider digital transformation across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BuroHappold’s global IT operations and infrastructure function
- Drive operational excellence across cloud platforms, networks, end‑user computing, and core infrastructure services
- Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and security of enterprise systems
- Partner with cyber‑security, risk, resiliency, and business continuity teams to support a robust technology landscape
- Lead and develop globally distributed infrastructure and operations teams
- Deliver service improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
- Support business growth through scalable and reliable technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third‑party partners
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the wider IT function
