This person can be based in our Bath office on a hybrid working model.
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Finance Assistant to join our UK+ Finance team in Bath on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career, whether you have recently graduated, are studying AAT, or have gained some experience in an administrative, customer‑service or transactional finance role.
You will support our project teams through invoicing, reporting and financial administration, gaining exposure to a broad range of finance activities and building valuable commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise and issue client sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Support project teams with invoice scheduling and financial administration.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
- Monitor timesheet submissions and resolve any corrections required.
- Prepare and post month‑end accruals and prepayments.
- Undertake first‑pass reviews of business unit cost reports.
- Support Assistant Finance Business Partners with day‑to‑day activities.
- Provide cover for team absences where required.
- Assist with ad‑hoc finance and administration tasks.

- Experience using ERP systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint or Unit4.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade 5/6 or above, or equivalent).
- Currently studying towards AAT, or interested in pursuing a finance qualification.
