Ready to grow your finance career with a global consultancy? Join our Accounts Payable team. This position can be based in our Bath office on a hybrid working model. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Global Finance Shared Services team in Bath.

About the Role

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficient and accurate delivery of our global finance operations. Working as part of a collaborative, high‑performing team, you’ll be responsible for processing transactions, resolving queries, and ensuring our Accounts Payable activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process supplier invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner.
  • Support weekly payment runs, ad‑hoc payments and direct debit processing.
  • Manage supplier onboarding via our procurement portal.
  • Handle corporate credit card transactions and travel provider invoices.
  • Respond to supplier and employee queries, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Perform supplier and ledger reconciliations.
  • Support month‑end activities and resolve workflow or technical issues.
  • Process complex invoices and credit notes with accuracy and attention to detail.

What We Are Looking For

We’re seeking someone who combines strong technical capability with a proactive, team‑focused mindset.

Essential

  • Part‑qualified AAT or qualified by experience.
  • Experience working with an ERP system (Unit4/Agresso preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in a transactional finance team or administrative role.
