At Buro Happold, you won’t be making tea or watching from the sidelines. You’ll be:
- Exploring real engineering and advisory projects. From buildings to bridges to climate solutions, you’ll see how ideas become reality.
- Joining workshops led by young professionals. Our Young Employees Forum (YEF) runs the whole week - so expect energy, creativity, and people who get what it’s like to be starting out.
- Going on site visits. See engineering come alive in the real world.
- Creating your own concept design. By the end of the week, you’ll work with others to pitch a design for a real project.
- Having fun. The YEF is big on socials, teamwork, and making the week memorable.
