As a Proposal Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting bids across the UK, working closely with the Business Development team and reporting to the Senior Bid Co-ordinator.
Your next role
- Coordinating bid submissions from start to finish
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance
- Collaborating with technical teams and graphic designers
- Maintaining CRM records and supporting pipeline management
- Capturing best practices and contributing to bid libraries
Your skills and experience
- 1–3 years of bid coordination experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and CRM systems
- Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred)
- APMP membership or certification (desirable)
