# Group Coordinator## This person will be based in Edinburgh on a hybrid working model.**You’ll thrive in this role if you’re detail-oriented, resilient, and confident in managing multiple priorities. You’ll be comfortable supporting both individuals and large teams, and adept at using digital platforms to streamline workflows.****Key Responsibilities:*** Coordinate IT hardware/software needs and liaise with support teams.* Assist with bid submissions, CVs, and project sheets for Business Development.* Format and review documents to align with brand guidelines.* Prompt engineers for timesheet completion and support internal communications.* Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points* Plan team events, CPDs, and away days.* Manage travel arrangements and onboarding for new starters.* Maintain SharePoint pages and support Career Path Objective meetings.* Submit expenses and support Group Leaders.* Train engineers on systems and templates.* Ensure compliance with QMS and troubleshoot system issues. **What We Are Looking For:** * Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).* Experience in administrative procedures and quality systems.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and large teams.* Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (training provided).* Experience working across multiple offices and deadlines.
