The role will be based in our head office in London with hybrid working.
About the Role
As Group Coordinator, you\’ll be the backbone of our Engineering team—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, and liaising across departments to uphold best practices. From managing IT allocations and travel arrangements to supporting onboarding and team events, your role will be varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.
The successful candidate will join the Engineering Support Team, a collaborative and proactive group that plays a key role in supporting both the delivery of engineering projects and the team’s day-to-day operations. They will work closely with team members to provide essential support and contribute to the smooth running of activities. In addition to their core responsibilities, the role involves working across a variety of teams within the London Office, offering the opportunity to build strong working relationships and gain valuable insight into a range of disciplines.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate IT hardware/software needs and liaise with support teams
- Assist with bid submissions, CVs, and project documentation
- Format and review technical documents to meet brand standards
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Plan team events and CPD sessions
- Support onboarding of new starters
- Maintain SharePoint pages and ensure QMS compliance
- Train engineers on internal systems and templates
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience in administrative support and quality systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience supporting teams and senior staff
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (desirable – training provided)
