Working across the Trust and its high-performing mainstream and specialist settings, you will develop a broad and highly impactful practice.
About the Role
Working closely with attendance leads, safeguarding teams, and pastoral staff across both schools, you will:
- Lead attendance casework, supporting students and families to overcome barriers
- Monitor and analyse attendance data to identify trends and target intervention
- Carry out home visits and direct work with families where appropriate
- Lead statutory attendance processes, including legal interventions where required
- Work collaboratively with external agencies to support vulnerable pupils
- Contribute to the development of a consistent, trust-wide approach to attendance
This role combines hands-on casework, strategic influence, and cross-school collaboration.
