We are seeking a qualified, experienced and highly organised Finance Manager to join our Finance Team and play a key role in the financial management of the Trust. Reporting to the CFO & Assistant Principal (Operations), the successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and value for money across the Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional to contribute to a high-performing organisation, supporting school leaders and ensuring that financial processes underpin outstanding educational outcomes.

The Finance Manager will oversee core finance functions including budget monitoring, management accounts, payroll oversight, accounts payable/receivable, and financial compliance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both finance and non-finance colleagues.

In addition, the Finance Manager will play a key role in shaping the Trust’s approach to partnerships and growth, supporting the delivery of joint initiatives and leading on the successful onboarding and integration of new schools.
