Responsibilities include:

  • Responsibility for the General Administration of the golf club.
  • Ability to use a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents using spreadsheets and databases, especially Microsoft 365.
  • Monitor and handle online, email and telephone tee time requests and deal with general enquiries.
  • Manage annual membership bill run and annual renewal of credit arrangements, and reconcile all payment subscriptions.
  • Book visiting parties on the booking system and record their catering requirements and payments.
  • Maintain membership database, keeping member information up to date on Scottish Golf BRS and Clubv1 systems.
  • Training on some aspects of administration will be given on site.
