Based in E17 and a part of the Blackhorse Beer Mile, we distil, blend, and bottle our products on-site. We also have a popular on-site bar and BBQ kitchen residency in place. Now in our third year and with increasing demand across the UK, we are seeking a proactive, hands-on Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the production floor and wider business. This is predominantly a practical role that will cover all aspects of production, though occasional assistance in general operations and sales support will be required. This role is ideally suited to someone with a can-do attitude, who takes pride in quality, and values having a big impact in a growing team. The successful candidate will be based on-site, five days a week, at the distillery (ten-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station).

  • Adhering to and developing on-site best practices in line with HSE, HMRC and HACCP guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the production floor
  • General warehousing tasks, including the use of a pallet jack and forklift
  • Aiding in cask management, including filling, disgorging and repair across two storage sites
  • Contributing to NPD and ongoing product range improvements
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating depletions across departments
