We blend respect for tradition with bold innovation to craft quality British Brandy and premium liqueurs. Based in E17 and a part of the Blackhorse Beer Mile, we distil, blend, and bottle our products on-site. We also have a popular on-site bar and BBQ kitchen residency in place. Now in our third year and with increasing demand across the UK, we are seeking a proactive, hands-on Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the production floor and wider business. This role is ideally suited to someone with a can-do attitude, who takes pride in quality, and values having a big impact in a growing team. The successful candidate will be based on-site, five days a week, at the distillery (ten-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station).

  • Assist with day-to-day production activities across blending, bottling, and packaging
  • Leading bottling operations, including setup, team supervision, quality checks and accurate recording
  • Keeping up to date stock records using our online inventory management system
  • General warehousing tasks, including the use of a pallet jack and forklift
  • Monitoring stock levels and communicating depletions across departments
  • Completing month end stock takes, reconciliation and reporting

Current forklift, first aid and HACCP qualifications are required. Comfortable with regular manual handling tasks, including packages up to 25kg. Confidence in the use of Microsoft 365. WSET Level 2 or above in spirits and/or wine.

Blackhorse Road - London, with occasional requirements to travel elsewhere (predominantly in the South East). Immediate start.

Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Salary, based on experience - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays - Staff discount.

Interviews will be conducted in two stages, an initial video call, followed by a meeting on-site at the distillery.
