Burnside College invites applicants for a Progress Leader (non-teaching head of year). You will lead day-to-day activities for a specific year group, be the expert on the pupils in that cohort, and act as the first point of contact for attendance, behaviour, welfare and achievement.
The successful candidate will have strong communication, data analysis skills, and the ability to liaise with staff, parents and external agencies.
