Our client is a major EPC organisation supporting design, construction and commissioning activities for leading oil, gas and renewable energy operators across Aberdeen and the UK North Sea. Due to continued growth across multiple assets, we are seeking four Senior Construction Workpack Engineers to join their expanding team.
The Role
As a Senior Construction Workpack Engineer, you will take ownership of developing high-quality construction workpacks that enable safe, efficient and timely execution of project scopes. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of onshore and offshore assets, collaborating closely with construction, commissioning and trade teams to ensure all work is fully planned, understood and delivered to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed construction workpacks including:
- Technical narrative
- Job cards
- Methodologies
- Materials, tooling and resource requirements
- Certification and compliance documentation
About You
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience developing construction workpacks within the oil & gas or energy sector.
- Strong understanding of onshore and offshore construction methodologies.
- Proven ability to interface effectively with multi-discipline engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications & Certifications
- HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid offshore medical and survival certification (BOSIET / FOET).
