Technical Account Manager – Networking, Video Conferencing – £75,000 + up to £50,000 bonus – fully remote A rapidly expanding tech start-up, are searching for their very first Technical Account Manager, who will be made responsible for being a champion for all of their clients. This company are innovating video conferencing by using an AI powered platform to facilitate real-time, large-scale conversations with an entire workforce, and they are backed by ex-Uber, WeWork and Amazon veterans to pioneer the future of work. The ideal Technical Account Manager will have a significant effect on the organisation as you will take the lead on all client engagements, through to onboarding them and ensuring a smooth and successful deployment of their platform. You’ll also be the main technical touchpoint, handling IT and security integrations, troubleshooting any technical hurdles, and ensuring seamless communication.
