We have been exclusively engaged by one of the most exciting tech scale-ups in the UK, who are looking for a Staff Software Engineer as they grow significantly in 2025. They are well-funded, revenue-generating and have found product market fit for their industry disrupting, AI-powered SaaS platform.

The Staff Software Engineer will have a high degree of autonomy, using modern technology like Next.js, React, Typescript/Node and Python to design and build new products and features across the stack, making decisions to deliver outstanding user experience to their customers. They believe in building fast and iterating, working closely with product and customers, to evolve their cutting-edge AI solutions.

The Staff Software Engineer will have experience of leading the design and build complex solutions in product-driven companies with good knowledge of some or all of React, Next.js and Typescript on AWS. You will need a product mindset, working closely with the product team and being comfortable making decisions on new products and features which will impact users.

The role requires you to embrace moving fast, designing and building products for 0-1, working with regular feedback loops to iterate and improve as you go. They would expect strong opinions and pragmatism of how to balance speed with software quality/best practice.
