Are you a technically minded Product Manager who lives and breathes AI tools, loves building and wants genuine influence over an ambitious product?
We’re partnered with an early-stage start-up who are using AI to transform how a traditionally complex and manual industry operates. The product is live, customers are converting and the business is approaching a potentially pivotal stage of growth.
They’re now hiring an AI Product Manager to work closely with the Head of Product and engineering team as they launch and scale the next evolution of the platform. You’ll operate between product, engineering and customers, helping shape priorities, turn feedback into clear product problems and increasingly build and ship solutions yourself.
What they’re looking for:
- Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Strong technical foundations, ideally with some engineering or development experience
- Genuine hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
- Someone who enjoys prototyping, building and getting products into users’ hands
- Confidence speaking with customers and explaining technical ideas simply
- High ownership, curiosity and ambition, with the energy to thrive in an early-stage environment
