Role: AI Implementation Manager

Location: London - 3 days p/w

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + bonus

One of the world’s most prestigious independent financial advisory firms is making a serious long-term investment in AI. They have already hired senior leaders across AI, product and responsible AI. The next step is turning that strategy into technology that bankers can actually use. This is where you come in.

They're looking for an AI Implementation Manager to lead the introduction of specialist AI platforms that are changing how investment bankers research companies, analyse documents, prepare for meetings, uncover relationship intelligence and execute deals. This is a hands-on AI implementation manager role. You’ll take new features from initial assessment through to production, owning the implementation plan, technical documentation, configuration, integrations, testing, user access and rollout.

You’ll also work closely with vendors, IT, security and compliance to answer the important questions: Where is the data processed? Who can access it? Is it used for model training? Does the feature create genuine value, and should it be allowed to go live?

Who they’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering technology or SaaS implementations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI or AI-enabled platforms.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, testing and HLDs.
  • Financial-services experience, ideally investment banking or capital markets.
  • Good judgement across security, governance and regulatory risk.

This is a genuinely unusual opportunity to help shape how AI is introduced into a globally recognised investment-banking business, working closely with senior AI leadership while taking meaningful ownership of a growing implementation portfolio. If you have implemented AI technology within financial services and want to work at the forefront of its adoption in investment banking, please apply or message me directly.
