Senior Product Analyst £75,000-£85,000 + 15% bonus ️ SQL, Python, Data Visualisation, Customer Segmentation London, hybrid working Leading business lending platform I am working with one of the UK’s leading business lending platforms who connect small businesses looking to grow with investors who want to lend using innovative technology. They are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to play a pivotal role in understanding revolving credit and card products and the levers that drive their successful scaling. What you’ll be doing… You will build and own financial models to understand the economics of the product and the levers available to optimise this. You will work with key stakeholders across Commercial and Technology teams to define and monitor the key metrics driving the success of the product. You will build and own reporting to track product performance and drive appropriate actions and/or forecast updates. You will work with Marketing and Analytics teams to design and implement a multi-channel strategy to maximise growth. You will collaborate with Product teams to understand who the customers are, how they engage with the product and test new features to aid rapid product iterations. You will segment the customer base to enable in-life engagement strategies, pricing updates and other lifecycle management. What they are looking for… Solid experience in product analytics, ideally within financial services. Strong SQL and Python skills along with experience using AWS. Familiarity with Customer Segmentation, Experimentation and A/B Testing. Demonstrable ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear, simple and actionable stories. Willing to get involved across a range of areas to make the product a success Proven problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and analytical methods.
