We’re partnered with one of the UK’s most exciting high-growth B2C businesses as they continue a major evolution in how product teams operate, build and ship. They’re looking for strong B2C Senior / Lead Product Managers who combine excellent customer/product instincts with a modern, AI-enabled way of working.

They want PMs who:

You’ll work on core customer journeys and experiences used at scale, helping shape how millions of insurance interactions evolve over the coming years.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning high-impact consumer product areas end-to-end
  • Build and ship AI-powered features
  • Using AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, product thinking and delivery
  • Running experiments, testing ideas quickly and iterating fast
  • Helping embed more AI-native ways of working across the product organisation
