Their platform delivers personalised, AI-powered learning and governance experiences that help major global organisations rapidly harness AI safely. Having recently closed a successful funding round (backed by top-tier VCs) and already scaling past £1M+ ARR with over 15,000 users, they are embarking on an exciting new phase of expansion into the US.
They are looking for a skilled Frontend-Leaning Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their elite 9-person engineering team, taking point on user experience, UI architecture, and high-impact feature delivery.

What you will do as a Senior Full Stack Engineer:
- Lead the frontend engineering efforts (~70% frontend / 30% backend split), crafting highly responsive, accessible, and intuitive visual interfaces for AI-powered learning flows and platform dashboards.
- Design and implement full-stack features end-to-end, connecting dynamic UI components to backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI).
- Collaborate directly with Product, Design, and the CTO to translate complex AI workflows into smooth, slick end-user experiences.
- Set the standard for frontend performance, component reuse, state management, and modern UI patterns across the codebase.
