Key Responsibilities
  • Ceremony Management: Run daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, refinement sessions and other core Agile ceremonies across 2‑3 workstreams.
  • Delivery Administration: Support Product Owners and delivery teams with the administrative side of delivery, ensuring tickets are created properly, assigned correctly and tracked through to completion.
  • Jira Management: Maintain Jira boards, manage ticket hygiene and ensure delivery activity is clearly structured and visible.
  • Release Coordination: Help coordinate release schedules, ensuring teams are prepared for upcoming changes and that the relevant documentation and evidence is in place.
  • Workstream Support: Provide consistent delivery support across multiple teams, helping create rhythm, structure and accountability.
  • Team Organisation: Keep moving parts under control across several active streams, ensuring ceremonies, actions and dependencies do not slip.
  • Low‑Complexity Delivery Support: Operate as a practical and organised junior‑to‑mid‑level Scrum support professional rather than a highly senior Agile coach.
Requirements
  • Scrum Experience: Around 2+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies or similar team coordination activity.
  • Certified Scrum Master: A Scrum certification would be useful.
  • Jira Experience: Prior experience using Jira for board management, ticket tracking and delivery coordination is essential.
  • Structured Delivery Support: Comfortable supporting Product Owners or delivery managers with planning, coordination and admin.
  • Release Awareness: Able to help manage release schedules and ensure teams are prepared for governance and change processes.
  • Practical Approach: Organised, dependable and happy working in a role focused on delivery support rather than high‑level transformation leadership.
  • Level Fit: This role is suited to someone junior‑to‑mid‑level rather than a senior Scrum Master.

Day rate: Up to c. £380 per day
Duration: Contract running to the end of 2026
