Revenue Assurance Manager/Revenue Analyst
Bonus up to 10%
Location: Watford 3 days a week on site / Hybrid
Are you a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for uncovering commercial insights? We’re on the lookout for a Revenue & Cost Assurance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and highly connected environment.
This pivotal role will see you investigating and mitigating revenue and cost discrepancies to protect and optimise commercial performance across a growing international technology business. If you\’re commercially astute, analytically strong, and proactive in driving change, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and investigate revenue and cost leakage across a broad range of IoT and connectivity services
- Analyse complex datasets from internal systems and telecom platforms to ensure billing accuracy and commercial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—commercial, finance, operational—and external suppliers to implement improvements
- Validate and reconcile data across platforms such as Cisco Jasper, Vodafone GDSP, and other telecom tools
- Develop dashboards and reports (Excel/Power BI) to track KPIs and highlight trends
- Lead root cause analysis on commercial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Support pricing model validation and contract adherence
- Champion continuous improvement across revenue assurance and cost optimisation processes
What We\’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven commercial or finance role
- Experience with telecom billing and order management systems
- Skilled in using Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and an instinct for identifying financial risk
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and confidently across departments
- Ideally, experience within an IoT, MVNO/MVNE, or multi-carrier telecom environment
