We’re partnered with a prestigious investment bank and global advisory firm to find an experienced and organised PMO. This role supports the build-out of a new PMO across an international portfolio of strategic programmes.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Programme Management and senior stakeholders to help define governance, improve reporting, and bring structure and visibility to delivery across the portfolio. Alongside this, you’ll also support smaller projects end-to-end.

  • PMO & Governance: Support the setup and running of a new PMO, including governance, reporting, templates, and portfolio dashboards.
  • Stakeholder Support: Work closely with programme leads and senior stakeholders to improve visibility, reporting, and control across global initiatives.
  • Project Delivery: Take ownership of smaller projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of PMO / project coordination experience
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident stakeholder communicator
