We’re partnering with a prestigious investment bank and global advisory firm to find a sharp and highly organised Operations & Change Analyst. This hybrid role supports both day-to-day operational processes and strategic change projects across an international platform.

You’ll collaborate with Change Managers, business leaders, and support functions to deliver internal communications, onboard resources, coordinate global training, and ensure the smooth running of internal initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate global onboarding of new joiners, including communications and monthly training sessions
  • Support change projects with communications, intranet updates, videos, and event coordination
  • Manage internal change pages and microsites
  • Oversee collateral and performance reviews for offshore support teams
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of offshore resources (access, audit tracking, distribution lists)
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning for new global office openings
  • Deliver ad hoc business projects and provide operational support to senior leadership
  • Organise internal team meetings and maintain key admin processes
