Technical Project Manager / Delivery Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to deliver Digital & Technology function, and ERP integrations, delivering technology change across Research and development, Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
This is a varied role combining hands-on technology project delivery with team leadership, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing technology projects and programs from initiation through to delivery and adoption.
- Managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Developing business cases and delivery plans.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, D&T Pillar Leads and technical teams.
- Leading governance, steering committees, reporting and project reviews.
- Coaching and supporting a wider team of Delivery Managers.
- Driving consistent project management standards and ways of working.
- Tracking deliverables, benefits and overall delivery performance.
The portfolio will focus on R&D and regulatory operations, innovation and data, manufacturing efficiency, and end-to-end supply planning.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience delivering technology projects/programs in a complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder, planning and governance skills.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, resources and dependencies.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting, coaching or leading other project/delivery professionals.
Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or another regulated environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of GxP/validation.
