The Role

We're looking for a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to take ownership of product design across all digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with front-end developers and engineers to bring ideas to life, enhance user journeys, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll also support marketing design efforts, ensuring brand consistency across client materials, social media, and the website.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end design process for our web application and client dashboard (mobile + desktop)
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
  • Collaborate daily with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
  • Maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines
  • Support marketing initiatives with assets such as landing pages, social media content, and sales decks
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices

About you

  • 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills across web and mobile platforms
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
