The Role
We're looking for a talented and driven UX/UI Designer to take ownership of product design across all digital touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with front-end developers and engineers to bring ideas to life, enhance user journeys, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll also support marketing design efforts, ensuring brand consistency across client materials, social media, and the website.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design process for our web application and client dashboard (mobile + desktop)
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
- Collaborate daily with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
- Maintain and evolve our design system and UI guidelines
- Support marketing initiatives with assets such as landing pages, social media content, and sales decks
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
About you
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI skills across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
