Given this growth, they are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team. What you’ll be doing as the Engineering Manager:
- Managing 1-2 engineering pods, leading 1:1s, feedback, coaching and performance conversations
- Driving better delivery, process and ways of working as the team roughly doubles over the coming months
- Partnering closely with Product and Design to shape pod structure and priorities
- Contributing to early-stage architecture and technical decision-making
- Helping shape a strong, healthy engineering culture from the ground up
