We're working with a growing tech business looking for a Senior Quant Data Engineer to join a small team working closely with Quant Researchers and Modellers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex data, solving challenging problems, and helping shape a growing data function. The business is investing heavily in its data capability and is looking for someone who can bring structure, challenge existing processes, and help drive best practices.
We're particularly interested in people with:
- 5-6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience
- Production-level Python
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- A track record of building and improving data platforms, pipelines, or workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving data quality and reliability
London (2 days per week in the office)
