We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing HealthTech business that has just launched a dedicated Growth product function and are looking for a Growth Product Manager. The company is app-led, subscription-based, and scaling rapidly, with growth treated as a core product discipline.

As Growth Product Manager, you’ll lead efforts to acquire new users, drive early engagement, and improve retention. Working in a cross-functional team of engineering, design, CRM, and marketing, you’ll turn user insights into experiments and initiatives that deliver measurable results. • Deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Who we’re looking for:

  • Product management or growth experience driving acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills, with a data-led approach to prioritisation
  • Commercially minded with focus on measurable business outcomes
  • B2C experience
  • Comfortable shaping processes in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
