Role: Growth Product Manager (Acquisition)

Salary: up to £80,000 + benefits

Location: Central London - ideally 1-3 times per week in the office but can be flexible on this

We're partnered with a well-established and fast growing FinTech that’s building a brand new Acquisition Tech function for the German market. They’re profitable, scaling fast, and investing heavily in product and data - and this is one of the first hires into a team that will shape how they grow in Germany.

As their Growth Product Manager, you’ll sit across product marketing, experimentation, and data-driven problem solving, helping define how customers discover their offering, understand their options, and move through early acquisition and onboarding.

Why this role stands out:

  • Join a newly created team with huge scope to shape how it operates
  • Split across positioning, segmentation, tooling, funnel optimisation and testing
  • Work closely with engineering and data to build new onboarding and eligibility tools
  • Cross-market exposure - product and engineering in the UK, commercial teams in Germany
  • Startup-style ownership with the stability of a profitable, established FinTech
  • Fast experimentation culture: evidence over bureaucracy, quick cycles, real autonomy

Who we’re looking for:

  • Product management / marketing or growth experience focused on acquisition or onboarding
  • Strong analytical instincts and hands-on A/B testing experience
  • Familiarity with data-led approaches to prioritising leads & improving early funnel conversion
  • Someone who thrives in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment
