They're looking for a Principal Tech Team Lead to help shape the future of their Front End engineering organisation as they enter their next phase of growth. You’ll lead and develop Front End Team Leads, drive architectural consistency across multiple squads, and play a key role in defining engineering standards as the organisation continues to scale. The role remains technically involved, with responsibility for architectural decision‑making across a modern React and TypeScript environment.
