What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st/2nd Line IT support to users across the business
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and system issues and supporting Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory
- Managing user accounts, access and permissions
- Setting up and maintaining laptops, mobile devices and other hardware
- Supporting meeting rooms, Teams, Zoom and other collaboration tools
- Assisting with servers, virtualisation and cloud technologies
- Monitoring and troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues

What they're looking for:
- Previous experience in an IT Support / Infrastructure role

- Good understanding of networking and infrastructure
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues independently and seeing them through to resolution
- Strong communication skills and a good customer-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on and getting involved across different areas of IT
