I am currently partnering with the leadership team of a high-growth, Series C powerhouse that is disrupting the life sciences sector. They are building the "Operating System" for lab automation, a sophisticated platform bridging the gap between cloud software and physical robotics to accelerate medical research and diagnostics.
Having recently secured significant funding and achieved 150% revenue growth, they are now focused on a massive expansion into the US market. They are looking for a Head of Delivery to serve as the single point of accountability for turning complex strategy into high-velocity, high-quality execution.
The Challenge
- Own end-to-end delivery across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and AI functions to turn strategy into predictable execution.
- Rather than just managing existing processes, you will architect the operating systems that eliminate bottlenecks and enable teams to move autonomously.
- Embed automation-first ways of working to unlock step-change improvements in productivity and throughput.
- Ensure that what is defined is built, what is built is shipped, and what is shipped delivers tangible commercial results.
Who You Are
- Experienced Head of Delivery: You bring 10+ years experience across product delivery, programme leadership, or operational roles in high-performance environments.
- Pragmatic & Technical: You have a background in Engineering or Product and a deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and hybrid models.
- High-Intensity: You are likely currently "under-leveraged" in a Head of Delivery role, moving faster than your environment allows, and looking for a place where you can operate at the edge of your capability.
Why Join?
- Meaningful Mission: Work on a product that directly advances life sciences, increases longevity, and saves lives.
- Autonomy & Growth: Join a team, as a Head of Delivery, that values pragmatism and outcomes over hierarchy, during a period of rapid international scaling.
