We’re partnered with a high-growth fintech company looking to hire a Head of Analytics Engineering to take ownership of a critical data platform that powers commercial performance and incentive models across Europe. These systems distribute tens of millions of pounds annually, making them a core part of how the organisation scales its commercial teams and measures success.
They’re looking for a Head of Analytics Engineering who can lead a small team of Analytics Engineers while remaining hands-on technically, designing scalable data solutions that translate complex commercial strategies into reliable systems. As Head of Analytics Engineering, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, engineering, and commercial teams, working closely with product and engineering partners to build data products that support a rapidly growing organisation. This role is high-impact, where the work you do will directly influence how the business drives performance and rewards growth.
Experience needed:
- 3+ years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering roles
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong SQL and modern data stack experience (dbt preferred)
