We’re working exclusively with a fast-growing HealthTech business that has just launched a dedicated Growth product function and are looking for a Growth Product Manager. The company is app-led, subscription-based, and scaling rapidly, with growth treated as a core product discipline.

As Growth Product Manager, you’ll lead efforts to acquire new users, drive early engagement, and improve retention. Working in a cross-functional team of engineering, design, CRM, and marketing, you’ll turn user insights into experiments and initiatives that deliver measurable results. You’ll own how the product is understood, adopted, and scaled, translating capabilities into clear value propositions and repeatable strategies that drive acquisition, activation, and retention.

Why this role stands out:

  • Build and shape a new Growth product function from the ground up
  • Drive early user journeys, onboarding flows, and activation strategies
  • Own experimentation, cohort analysis, and data-driven optimisations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, CRM, and marketing
  • Deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Who we’re looking for:

  • Product management or growth experience driving acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Strong experimentation and A/B testing skills, with a data-led approach to prioritisation
  • Commercially minded with focus on measurable business outcomes
  • B2C experience
  • Comfortable shaping processes in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
