Role: AI Adoption Specialist

Location: London – 3-4 days per week in the office

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: up to £60,000

Start: January 2026

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the AI Adoption Specialist, championing AI adoption across the business and helping teams understand where automation can make the biggest difference.
  • Working with finance, HR, tech and other teams to identify practical use cases and support them through testing and rollout.
  • Mapping and improving manual processes, such as the contract workflow, where AI agents could generate, review and send documents for approval.
  • Building on existing tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and early service agent trials.
  • Partnering closely with the Chief Transformation Officer while collaborating with the tech team on feasibility and implementation.
  • Helping build a culture that’s open to AI and confident using it day to day.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ commercial experience.
  • Someone with exposure to AI - maybe in your current role or through hands-on personal projects.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, and able to translate ideas for different audiences.
  • Personable, confident, and curious - someone who enjoys exploring new tools and helping others get value from them.
  • A solid understanding of technology, even if you’re still early in your career.
